Nic and Erica Dibden are the proud owners of South Coast Cheese and operate a dairy farm in the picturesque Tilba Tilba Valley milking beautiful Jersey cows. From this pure herd they produce the creamiest milk which is then used to create the South Coast Cheese range of speciality handmade cheeses. South Coast Cheese have a retail outlet in Central Tilba. Their entire cheese range is available in the Cafe but they also have a great range of cakes, light lunches, coffee, tea and cold beverages available. The Cafe has both a large outside deck area and lovely inside seating - making it the perfect option for a relaxing coffee and bite to eat on your Tilba visit.
