Beth Boyd Park at Thorneside (Cullen Cullen) on Redlands Coast is one of the best kids’ playgrounds around.
Enjoying absolute water frontage to Moreton Bay, the sand-based park has so many attractions kids will have trouble selecting which one to use first! Should it be the pirate ship where they will feel they are sailing on the high seas, or maybe the sliding or climbing equipment, the swings, or the water and sand activity table where great cities can be built?
And then there’s beach volleyball and basketball courts, twin slides cut into a hill, bike paths, fitness equipment, and the ability to fly a kite on windy days.
With two separate playgrounds, shaded picnic shelters and electric barbecues, toilets, showers and change rooms, the park will appeal to all ages.
