Gourmet pizzas include Inferno, with a herbed tomato base, hot calabrese salami, chorizo, fresh tomato, Spanish onion, chilli flakes, jalapenos, buffalo mozzarella topped with roquette and yoghurt, Cajun Mama, with Cajun spiced prawns on a herbed yoghurt and tomato base with roasted red capsicum and seared mango, Spanish onion, buffalo mozzarella, topped with roquette and green tomato and lime relish.
