BAIE Wines is a small batch winemaker producing fine wines made using grapes grown at their Bellarine Peninsula vineyard, which lies on the rolling hills of Curlewis overlooking Port Phillip Bay.
At the family-owned and run winery they specialise in Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Shiraz and are dedicated to making wines that reflect the unique quality and character of the vineyards.
They understand the needs and opportunities presented by the Bellarine Peninsula's soil and climate and harvest when the flavours have reached their peak and apply an artisans approach to making their wine. But enough of waxing lyrical about vines and varietals - BAIE Wines simply think that their wines represent excellent drinkability (with or without food), a perfect representation of the region and a reflection of the passion within their family.
