Visit the Couverture Room at Renaissance Chocolates to share in Robyn and Neil's chocolate passion, view the handmade process and experience the aroma and taste of unique, quality artisan chocolates. You can then individually select a gift for friends or yourself from the wide range of handmade pralines and Rutherglen Wine Truffles. The Rutherglen Wine Truffles and Pralines are handmade using the finest Belgian Couverture, famous Rutherglen fortified and sparkling wines, and locally sourced pure cream, honey, nuts and fruits. The range of six truffles are blended with Muscat, Tokay, Tawny, Sweet Durif, Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay and Sparkling Shiraz all sourced from local wineries. A further selection of over 25 handmade pralines and luscious caramels are available to delight you. Each season a special 'Chocolate Makers treat' is released which can only be purchased at the Couverture Room. You can also browse a small gift range and a supply of local preserves.
